Effective November 2, Michael Mahan has been appointed President, Data Centers segment. Concurrently, David Furlong is promoted to President, Commercial HVAC (CHVAC), effective November 15.

Michael Mahan joined the company earlier this year to lead the CHVAC segment, bringing more than 20 years of global leadership experience, including large P&L management roles at Crane Payment Innovations, Schneider Electric, and former GE companies. As President of Crane Payment Innovations, he successfully aligned multiple commercial business units into fully formed P&Ls with end-to-end business ownership. At Schneider Electric, Mahan led multi-billion-dollar global businesses, successfully defining strategic plans to focus on emerging opportunities, including those in data center markets.
Dave Furlong joined the company in 2023, overseeing global corporate strategy, business optimization and development, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures. Under his leadership, the company successfully acquired six companies in two years and divested underperforming assets. In 2025, Furlong served as interim president for the Performance Technologies segment and, for the past year, has led the complex work to spinoff that segment. His extensive experience prior to joining the company includes global leadership roles across sales, marketing, engineering, and product development at Quadion LLC, IDEX, and Pentair.
