(the “Company”) (NYSE: ORC) announced today that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a monthly cash dividend for the month of July 2025. The dividend of $0.12 per share will be paid August 28, 2025 to holders of record of the Company’s common stock on July 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2025. Following the transaction, DeFi Development Corp. now holds a total of approximately 690,420 SOL and SOL equivalents, valued at approximately $102.7 million, inclusive of staking rewards. The latest purchase marks a +64.1% increase in the Company’s SOL and SOL equivalent holdings compared to 420,690 SOL held 60 days prior.

CFO Dana Gerner to Retire

On 5 February 2025, Pandora announced a new share buyback programme, cf. Company announcement no. 923.
