(Heartflow) (Nasdaq: HTFL), a leader in AI technology for coronary artery disease (CAD), today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 16,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Heartflow.
