New York, NY, June 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmperCap Acquisition Company (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 units, at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) and begin trading on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, under the ticker symbol “APMCU.” Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one ordinary share upon the consummation of the Company’s initial business combination.
