The data presented demonstrated that barzolvolimab treatment results in rapid, significant, and durable improvements in angioedema in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) refractory to antihistamines. These results were sustained off-treatment, seven months after completion of barzolvolimab dosing (Week 76).
