(NASDAQ: MARA) (“MARA” or the “Company”), a leading digital energy and infrastructure company, today announced the pricing of its upsized offering of $950 million aggregate principal amount of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2032 (the “notes”). The notes will be sold in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).
