PHOENIX, July 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Water Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: GWRS), a pure-play water resource management company, has completed the previously announced acquisition of seven water systems from Tucson Water, the City of Tucson’s water utility. The assets were acquired at a value equivalent to approximately 1.05 times the current rate base of approximately $7.7 million and are expected to generate approximately $1.5 million in revenue annually.

According to the agreement signed between AS Ekspress Grupp and AS AVH Grupp on June 9, 2025, Ekspress Grupp will purchase the 50% stake in AS Õhtuleht Kirjastus previously owned by AVH Grupp. As a result of this transaction, Ekspress Grupp will become the sole owner of Õhtuleht Kirjastus.

Hepsor AS, registry code 12099216 (the Company) Supervisory Board adopted a decision on 8 July 2025 to increase the share capital of the company by EUR 57,821. The increase of the share capital is linked to the acquisition of a 20% stake in Hepsor Latvia OÜ (registry code 16193797) from Hugomon OÜ (registry code 14221704), approved by a shareholders' resolution of 12 June 2025, for which the company will pay in part by issuing shares in the company to Hugomon OÜ.

LOS ANGELES, July 08, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capital World Investors (“CWI”) announces that on July 8, 2025 it acquired an aggregate of 338,554 common shares (the “Purchased Shares”) of MEG Energy Corp. (“MEG”) through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Immediately following the acquisition of the Purchased Shares, CWI had control or direction over an aggregate of 22,281,631 common shares of MEG representing 8.75% of the 254,378,035 MEG common shares then outstanding.
