PST Group AB informuoja, kad 2025 m. liepos 4 d. buvo gautas bendrovės akcininko AB „HISK“ raštas dėl ketinimo teikti oficialų siūlymą, kuriuo siekiama išbraukti PST Group AB akcijas iš prekybos reguliuojamoje rinkoje AB Nasdaq Vilnius (žr. pridedamą dokumentą).

PST Group AB hereby informs that on 4 July 2025 a letter regarding the intention to submit a tender offer, aimed at delisting the shares of PST Group AB from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius was received from the shareholder of the company AB “HISK” (please see the attached document).

(2025-07-04) Kitron has received a contract with an estimated value between EUR 4 and 8 million for the production and supply of advanced electronic components used in unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
Deliveries under the contract are scheduled to start in the first half of 2026, and production will take place primarily at Kitron’s European facilities.
