NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2026 /CNW/ — Hartree Partners, LP (“Hartree“) announces that it acquired 824,300 common shares (the “Common Shares“) of Lotus Creek Exploration Inc. (the “Issuer“) on October 27, 2026, pursuant to an open market purchase through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Share Purchase“). The Common Shares were acquired by Hartree for a purchase price of CAD$4.4986 per Common Share for an aggregate purchase price of CAD$3,708,195.98.
Prior to the completion of the Share Purchase, Hartree beneficially owned 3,975,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 9.88% of the total number of outstanding Common Shares. Upon completion of the Share Purchase, Hartree beneficially owns 4,799,300 Common Shares, representing approximately 11.93% of the total number of outstanding Common Shares. Accordingly, the Common Shares acquired by Hartree pursuant to the Share Purchase represent approximately 2.05% of the total number of outstanding Common Shares.
The Common Shares were acquired by Hartree in the ordinary course of business, solely for investment purposes and not for purposes of exercising control or influence over the Issuer. Subject to applicable law, Hartree may acquire and/or dispose of Common Shares, as applicable, at any time and from time to time.
