Sarp Uzun, MD, PhD, University Hospital Basel, will present his work on checkpoint inhibitor-induced liver injury (ChILI), using single-cell spatial proteomics, spatial transcriptomics and bulk T-cell receptor sequencing to identify expanded cytotoxic CD8+ T-cell clones shared between liver and tumor and their interactions with macrophages.
