OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Stranch, Jennings & Garvey, PLLC is investigating potential securities law violations involving Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV) and allegations concerning the company’s disclosures about a data center agreement between its subsidiary, Accelsius, and DarkNX.

Investors who purchased and continuously held Innventure, Inc. shares through a brokerage account beginning November 17, 2025, may be eligible to seek compensation, subject to the facts and applicable legal requirements. Eligible investors can request a free review of their potential claims by visiting this website or contacting Lesley Weaver, Esq. at lweaver@stranchlaw.com

Investors wishing to serve as lead plaintiff must submit their applications no later than October 27, 2026.

What Is the Innventure Securities Investigation About?

The investigation centers on allegations that Innventure misled investors regarding a key data center agreement involving Accelsius and DarkNX: questions arose about the agreement’s legitimacy and how the project was represented to investors.

An analyst report characterized the deal as a fabrication. Innventure subsequently reported a net loss of $34.9 million and removed the project from its internal bookings, according to the information underlying the investigation.

Following these developments, Innventure’s stock reportedly declined by more than 55%, closing at $1.62 on August 14, 2026.

Stranch, Jennings & Garvey, PLLC is examining whether the company’s statements and disclosures may have violated federal securities laws and whether investors who acquired and held shares during the relevant period may have legal claims. The allegations have not been established as proven violations, and the investigation does not guarantee that litigation will be filed or that investors will recover compensation.
