To mark 10 years of collaboration and continued commitment to the cause, Gabriel & Co. is bringing its employees and broader community together through a series of initiatives supporting DKMS, including an in-office donor drive, a digital donor drive open to the public, the launch of a new DKMS jewelry collection, and participation in the annual DKMS Gala held on October 15.

As part of the 10-year celebration, Gabriel & Co. hosted an employee-only donor drive at its office on Tuesday, October 13, giving team members the opportunity to register with DKMS and join the global community of potential blood stem cell donors.
The company also launched a digital donor drive, extending the opportunity beyond the Gabriel & Co. team. Supporters can register through the dedicated online link and receive a cheek swab kit by mail to complete from home. The initiative is designed to make donor registration accessible to members of the Gabriel & Co. community and beyond.
For many people living with blood cancer or other blood disorders, a blood stem cell transplant from an unrelated donor can be a critical treatment option. Because patients often depend on finding a matching donor outside their family, expanding the donor registry can help increase the chances that patients find their match.

The company also joined DKMS supporters and advocates at the DKMS Gala on October 15, celebrating the organization’s work and honoring the collective efforts of individuals and organizations committed to the fight against blood cancer. The black-tie event raised more than $2.3 million in essential funding for DKMS’s global lifesaving work.
