Fodere Critical Minerals Names Jeffry N. Quinn Chief Executive Officer

Experienced global chemicals and mining executive to lead Fodere as it deploys proprietary technology toward commercial-scale operations in the United States

NEW YORK, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Fodere Critical Minerals Limited (“Fodere”), developer of a proprietary technology for recovering critical minerals from industrial residues and other unconventional feedstocks, today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Jeffry N. Quinn as Chief Executive Officer. Quinn will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.

Recovering high-value critical minerals from unconventional wastes with revolutionary efficiency

Quinn to lead as company deploys proprietary critical minerals recovery technology toward commercial-scale operations

Quinn assumes the role of CEO as Fodere moves from technology development and pilot-scale validation to commercial deployment, starting with a prototype plant planned for Mississippi.

Fodere was founded by Nicholas Cella, John Omitogun and Daniel Cousins, who took early university research and technical expertise, and developed it into the current proprietary process — carrying it through laboratory, bench-scale and pilot plant campaigns on materials from four continents and completing a process design for a prototype plant. The founders continue to play important leadership roles in the company as it moves forward.

Quinn brings 40 years of experience in the global chemicals and mining industries. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tronox (NYSE: TROX) and of Solutia Inc. (formerly NYSE: SOA), and earlier served as general counsel of three Fortune 500 companies.

He is also founder and Chairman of The Quinn Group LLC, a private investment and holding company focused on chemicals, mining, critical minerals and industrial businesses.

“I have spent my career building and transforming global chemicals and mining companies, and the industry-advancement potential of Fodere’s proprietary technology is a standout,” said Quinn. “The ability to recover titanium, vanadium and other critical minerals from materials historically treated as waste presents a compelling opportunity, while addressing the growing need for secure sources of critical minerals.”

“Our focus now is on demonstrating the technology at production-representative scale and building the foundation for global deployment. The founders have taken this technology through the laboratory and the pilot plant phase, and I am honored to lead Fodere as we build a company around it.”

“We are establishing a global platform based on our technology to recover critical minerals from waste streams that have historically gone untapped,” said Nicholas Cella, co-founder of Fodere. “My co-founders and I are pleased to have Jeff lead Fodere into this next phase. His experience building and leading global companies is exactly what is required to make that platform a secure source of critical minerals supply.”
