ST. LOUIS, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Anzie Blue Records and Ole Smoky Distillery today announced a 7-date coast to coast “Moonshine & Music” tour behind By Any Means: The Album, featuring musical director Pynk Beard and album artists Steve Ray Ladson, Elsie, and Stella Prince; plus special guests in various markets. In the spirit of moonshine and music bringing people together, tickets cost just $10 — and Ole Smoky is rolling out free entrance at their Nashville and Myrtle Beach distillery locations. Visit this site for tickets: https://www.anzieblue.com/tour

The show will spotlight the beloved ’60s soul classics covered on By Any Means: The Album — featuring music from and inspired by the feature film BY ANY MEANS, starring Mark Wahlberg and Yahya Abdul-Matteen II — plus the original title track written by 17-time Oscar® nominee Diane Warren, performed by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Isley Brothers and Nashville singer-songwriter David Kushner. “By Any Means” is widely predicted to be a 2027 Academy Award® nominee for Best Original Song, including by outlets like Variety, TheWrap, and all 4 critics in Awards Watch‘s 2027 Oscars predictions: https://awardswatch.com/2027-oscar-predictions-all-below-the-line-and-feature-categories/

Ole Smoky Distillery is the marketing partner for By Any Means: The Album and the Moonshine & Music Tour. CEO Mike Novy says, “At Ole Smoky, we believe great music is meant to be shared. That’s why we’re proud to support emerging artists through this 7-city tour, giving fans the chance to discover new stars while celebrating some of the songs that have shaped American music. Whether it’s gathering around a stage or sharing a jar of Ole Smoky, we’re all about creating moments that bring people together.”

The Moonshine & Music Tour will play 7 cities with substantial Black music history: St. Louis, Nashville, New Orleans, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Myrtle Beach, and Los Angeles. Opening the tour in St. Louis is significant, as the Gateway City is home to “By Any Means” title track performers The Isley Brothers, whose breakout hit “Shout” was released in 1959. Jacksonville is where Ray Charles — whose “Hit the Road Jack” and “Georgia On My Mind” are covered on the album by Brandy & Pynk Beard and 2’Live Bre & The BoykinZ, respectively — began his performing career at age 15, including at the Ritz Theatre.

Apple Music’s Color Me Country Radio host Rissi Palmer selected a local opening act at every show. Palmer — who received the Academy of Country Music’s 2024 ACM Lift Every Voice Award — remarks “Color Me Country Radio and The Color Me Country Foundation are so proud to have handpicked each of the openers for this tour. I believe in lifting up my peers through grants and opportunities, and this partnership with Anzie Blue Records and Ole Smoky Distillery has made that mission possible with this historic and culturally significant tour. Y’all are in for a soulful and joyful experience!”

By Any Means: The Album was released on September 25, and its Special Edition vinyl is available for pre-order now here: https://theorchard.indiemerch.com/collections/anzie-blue/products/by-any-means-the-album?variant=67649569292470 The album is executive produced by Surf Club co-founder Hit-Boy, whose extensive production credits include Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Travis Scott and Drake, and Dr. Blum, whose credits include Twenty One Pilots, Big Sean and Nas. Parasol Music, co-founded by Martin Wave, served as a creative and production partner on the album.

Musically directed by Anzie Blue Records country artist and GRAMMY® nominated songwriter Pynk Beard, By Any Means: The Album brings together artists across generations and genres to reinterpret songs connected to the sound and spirit of the 1960s. Brandy, Kashus Culpepper, Keb’ Mo’, Tone Stith, and others put their own stamp on songs from iconic artists — including a dozen Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, with three in the Rock Hall’s premiere induction class: Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, and James Brown. The “By Any Means” original title track makes The Isley Brothers the latest of more than 40 Rock Hall inductees to release a Diane Warren composition.

Much of the album was recorded at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama in less than a week — bringing the project to a place with deep roots in American soul music and to Pynk Beard’s home state.

The official “By Any Means” music video, featuring The Isley Brothers and Kushner, was released September 4. Watch here: https://youtu.be/pZaWebkmJDY Directed by Fran Strine of F26 Productions — who directed Dolly Parton’s Live at London O2 Arena film — the video was followed on September 25 by Pynk Beard’s “We Shall Overcome,” also directed by Strine: https://youtu.be/iRaA3oz8U44 Strine is directing an upcoming music video for “Bring It on Home to Me” with Keb’ Mo and Pynk Beard.

Net proceeds from By Any Means: The Album benefit the Black Music Action Coalition (BMAC), supporting the organization’s work to advance equity, expand opportunity, and create pathways for the next generation of artists, creatives, and music industry professionals. Anzie Blue Records and Ole Smoky were among the sponsors of BMAC’s 2026 gala, which took place during the album’s release week and honored Black music icons Patti LaBelle, Public Enemy, and Common. https://variety.com/2026/music/news/patti-labelle-common-public-enemy-bmac-gala-2026-1236875682/

The Moonshine & Music Tour follows By Any Means: The Album artists Pynk Beard, Steve Ray Ladson, and The BoykinZ playing an acclaimed arena show at the State Fair of Texas — the nation’s largest attended state fair — upon the album’s release. Ladson appeared on WFAA ABC program “Good Morning Texas” to discuss By Any Means: The Album, the impact of its BMAC benefit, and Oscar buzz surrounding the title track. Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zG2KG5lfCM0 The tour was then announced by Pynk Beard on WSMV NBC program “Today In Nashville.” Watch here: https://youtu.be/iO0Jf5-I9BI
