MAHA PAC and MAHA Action PAC announce Make Iowa Healthy Again Rally & Commits over $1.9 Million to Elect Zach Lahn and support Six House Candidates in Midterm Push and a Ground Game

MAHA Action PAC donates $1.5 million to Zach Lahn’s campaign for governor of Iowa, is deploying MAHA volunteers for a 15-day field program across Iowa, and MAHA PAC adds $150,000 for Lahn and $250,000 across six House races, as the movement makes its closing-stretch deployment ahead of the Midterms.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — MAHA PAC and MAHA Action PAC today announce the Make Iowa Healthy Again rally, a MAHA volunteer field program, as well as a combined $1.9 million in final-stretch commitments ahead of the midterm elections. MAHA Action PAC, a federal super PAC, is donating $1.5 million to Zach Lahn’s campaign for governor of Iowa. MAHA PAC, a federal hybrid super PAC, is deploying $150,000 in independent expenditures supporting  Lahn and $250,000 across six Republican and Independent House candidates who have made the Make America Healthy Again agenda central to their platforms. Together the efforts are aimed at electing the nation’s first MAHA governor and carrying the agenda from executive action into lasting policy.

“America is the sickest it has ever been, and we cannot keep sending Washington leaders who fail to treat that as the emergency it is,” said Tony Lyons, President. “MAHA Action PAC exists to elect the ones who will.”

$1.65 Million for Zach Lahn’s Campaign for Iowa Governor

MAHA Action PAC is donating $1.5 million to Zach Lahn’s campaign for governor of Iowa, and MAHA PAC is adding $150,000 of independent expenditures supporting his race. This cycle, there is no bigger MAHA champion than Zach, and no better state to plant the MAHA flag than Iowa.

“MAHA was the first to believe in Zach Lahn, and the Iowa Republicans proved us right,” Lyons said. “The primary showed this movement can nominate. November is where we prove it can win. Our $1.65 million donation is the down payment on the nation’s first MAHA governorship, and we are asking every American who believes in health freedom to help us finish the job.”

Iowa Ground Game for Zach Lahn

From Oct. 21 through Nov. 4, MAHA PAC will run a 15-day field program across Iowa to turn out voters for Zach Lahn. Based in Des Moines with travel to surrounding Iowa communities, staff and local volunteers will knock doors in the final days before Election Day, working the more than 18,000 Iowans in the MAHA PAC’s statewide network to urge every Iowan to vote for Lahn.

“Zach Lahn won the primary because Iowans believed him. Now we are going door to door to make sure every one of them turns out. MAHA Action PAC will be on the ground knocking on doors until the polls close. This is how a movement becomes a majority, ” said Tony Lyons.

The Make Iowa Healthy Again Rally

MAHA PAC will bring its Make Iowa Healthy Again Rally to Des Moines on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026, carrying the Make America Healthy Again agenda directly to voters in the final week before Election Day. The rally brings national MAHA leaders, local organizers, and grassroots supporters together around real food, metabolic health, and reversing America’s chronic disease epidemic. It is free and open to the public. The rally is organized and paid for solely by MAHA PAC. Any candidate or elected official who appears does so at the PAC’s invitation and in a personal capacity.

“MAHA was built by families who were tired of being ignored, and now those families are deciding elections. MAHA PAC is investing in the candidates and the states that will turn this movement into a governing majority,” said Tony Lyons, President of MAHA PAC.

Attendees can RSVP at luma.com/MIHA. Those interested in volunteering on the ground in Iowa can contact info@themahapac.com.

$250,000 Across Six House Races

MAHA PAC is also deploying $250,000 in support of six Republican and Independent candidates who have made the Make America Healthy Again agenda a centerpiece of their platforms:

  • Anna Paulina Luna (FL-13), author of the Luna Amendment, which passed the House Farm Bill and stripped pesticide companies of their liability shield.
  • Tom Barrett (MI-07), army combat veteran who authored the Know What’s on the Tray Act for school-lunch transparency, introduced legislation banning toxic heavy metals from baby formula, and voted to keep soda off SNAP.
  • Joe Mitchell (IA-02), Gen-Z farmer-advocate primary winner championing regenerative farming and a cleaner food supply for Iowa families.
  • Kevin Kiley (CA-03), medical-freedom champion who fought California’s vaccine mandates from inside the legislature, now running against the architect of California’s mandate laws.
  • Brandon Herrera (TX-23), health-freedom champion pressing for food-supply transparency and the restoration of informed consent.
  • Jace Yarbrough (TX-32), constitutional attorney who litigated vaccine-mandate cases for fired first responders and ties food additives directly to the nation’s healthcare cost crisis.

Each of the six has pledged to rebuild public trust in health institutions, eliminate chronic disease, protect families from environmental toxins, restore transparency to food and agriculture, and end the influence of pharmaceutical companies and corporate lobbyists in government.

The deployment funds multiple rounds of MMS messaging, Election Day ringless voicemails, and live phone calls.

These combined efforts reflect the grassroots momentum behind the Make America Healthy Again movement, focused on rebuilding public trust in health institutions, eliminating chronic disease, protecting children from environmental toxins, and restoring transparency and accountability across food, agriculture, and health care. It is the latest step in the movement’s drive to turn momentum into votes, and those votes into lasting policy.
