SINGAPORE, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Three technology companies supported by the Incheon Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (Incheon CCEI) – IDCITI, DeepCardio and JCHI Global – will visit Singapore from 26 to 29 October 2026 to meet potential customers, pilot partners and ecosystem stakeholders across infrastructure, healthcare and coating materials. Singapore-headquartered global business builder KILSA Global is facilitating the companies’ Singapore market-entry and partner-matching efforts, connecting them with relevant local organisations ahead of and during the visit.
The visit is part of a market-entry programme designed to help pre-screened Korean technology companies test commercial fit, sharpen their local positioning and build direct relationships before pursuing longer-term expansion in Southeast Asia. What links the three is stage rather than sector: all have moved past prototype into certified or field-tested products in Korea, and all three are now seeking a first Singapore reference customer. Ahead of the four-day Singapore programme, the companies are undergoing business reviews, partner outreach and readiness work. The on-site window will combine business meetings, pitching and follow-up discussions focused on concrete partnership opportunities.
“Singapore is a strategic base for Korean startups seeking to expand across ASEAN. These three companies bring technologies validated in Korea and strong potential for international growth. Through BiiG WAVE Global, we will work closely with Singapore’s business and investment community to translate that potential into local pilot projects, commercial partnerships and investment opportunities, helping these companies establish a sustainable presence in the region.” – [Jae-seon Lee], [Incheon CCEI CEO]
IDCITI – underground and indoor GNSS positioning
IDCITI develops uGPS, a positioning infrastructure technology that regenerates synchronised satellite-like GNSS signals in places where conventional GPS is weak or unavailable, including tunnels, underground parking areas, logistics facilities and large indoor spaces. The problem is straightforward: vehicles, autonomous systems and location-based services can lose reliable positioning when satellite signals disappear. uGPS has been validated in Korean tunnel and underground environments, including Namsan Tunnel and the Incheon Startup Park underground car park, and has also been used at the Goyang Drone Anchor Center. Its current product information lists NET, KC, FCC and CE certifications, while the system architecture is designed for deployment across large infrastructure. That gap is a live issue in Singapore, where road tunnels such as the KPE and MCE, new underground rail including the Cross Island Line, and extensive basement carpark and logistics space all sit outside reliable satellite coverage. In Singapore, IDCITI is looking to meet smart-city agencies, transport and infrastructure operators, system integrators and pilot partners that need continuous positioning in GNSS-denied environments.
DeepCardio – AI-based cardiac risk screening from ECG data
DeepCardio develops SmartECG, software that analyses standard electrocardiogram data to identify cardiac risk signals that may be difficult to detect from a routine ECG alone. The company is targeting an important clinical gap: earlier identification of conditions such as atrial fibrillation and reduced cardiac function without adding a separate test to the existing ECG workflow. DeepCardio was incorporated in 2020. SmartECG-AF received Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety approval in 2024, while SmartECG-EF received approval in 2026. The company holds ISO 13485 and medical-device GMP certification, a partnership with GE HealthCare Korea and an MOU with Sanofi. In the 2024 approval data, SmartECG-AF recorded an AUC of 0.91 – on a scale where 1.0 is perfect separation and 0.5 is no better than chance. The local context is direct: Singapore’s population is ageing, cardiovascular disease is among the leading causes of death here, and existing health-screening programmes already generate the ECG data this software reads, without adding a new test. In Singapore, DeepCardio is seeking hospitals, health-screening providers, clinical partners, medtech distributors and pilot partners for local validation and market development.
JCHI Global – functional coatings and visible-light photocatalyst materials
JCHI Global develops advanced functional coatings and visible-light-responsive photocatalyst materials for buildings, infrastructure and industrial applications. Its technologies provide functions such as VOC and NOx reduction, antibacterial and deodorising performance, self-cleaning, heat reduction and thermal insulation. Unlike conventional photocatalysts that rely mainly on UV light, JCHI Global’s technology is designed to remain active under visible-light conditions, enabling wider indoor and outdoor applications. The company has moved beyond laboratory development into commercial validation in Korea, with technologies tested and applied through projects involving major construction and public-sector organisations including Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Korea Land C Housing Corporation (LH). Its coatings have demonstrated measurable surface-temperature reduction and the company has built a portfolio of related patents, certifications and government recognition. Singapore is a relevant market given its focus on sustainable buildings, energy efficiency and urban heat mitigation under initiatives such as the Singapore Green Plan 2030 and BCA Green Mark. In Singapore, JCHI Global is looking to meet property developers, construction companies, building-material manufacturers, infrastructure operators and pilot partners interested in testing its solutions under tropical conditions and developing scalable applications across Southeast Asia.
What Singapore companies can explore
For Singapore organisations, the three-company group offers several practical entry points for collaboration: infrastructure pilots in GPS blind spots, clinical or screening validation for AI-ECG software, and testbeds for functional coatings in buildings or urban environments. Corporates, public agencies, hospitals, system integrators, distributors and innovation teams can use the October visit to assess technical fit, discuss local requirements and explore whether a limited PoC or commercial partnership makes sense before committing to a larger rollout.
How KILSA Global Connect works
KILSA Global Connect is a business-discovery and matching channel used to introduce technology companies to potential ASEAN partners in a solution-oriented format. Singapore-based organisations can review participating companies and submit a meeting request for a company of interest. KILSA then reviews the request, checks the relevant business context and mutual interest, and coordinates an introduction or meeting where appropriate. The aim is to move initial discovery into a focused conversation around pilots, partnerships, distribution, investment or market entry.
