Talen cleared a total of 6,702 megawatts at a clearing price of $329.17 per megawatt-day across the MAAC, PPL and PSEG Locational Deliverability Areas, equating to approximately $805 million in capacity revenues for the 2026/2027 planning year. The planning year runs from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.

The 2030 Bonds are unsecured obligations of the Company denominated in Israeli shekels (NIS) and were issued pursuant to a deed of trust between the Company and Reznik Paz Nevo Trusts Ltd., as trustee. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
