AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – the Group) informs that on 4 July 2025, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, which exercises the rights of the majority shareholder, announced the selection of six independent members of the Group’s Supervisory Board. This follows the upcoming end of the current Supervisory Board’s term of office on 25 October 2025. Candidates may apply until 24 July 2025 (inclusive).

AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – the Group) informs that on 30 June, with the agreement of the Group’s Management Board, the Group’s subsidiaries UAB “Ignitis renewables” (hereinafter – Ignitis Renewables) and AB “Ignitis gamyba” (hereinafter – Ignitis Gamyba) made final investment decisions on three battery energy storage system (hereinafter – BESS) projects in Lithuania, with a combined 291 MW power and 582 MWh storage capacity. The German company Rolls-Royce Solutions GmbH will provide the equipment and the integration services for all three BESS projects.

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad birželio 30 d., gavus Grupės valdybos patvirtinimą, Grupės dukterinės įmonės UAB „Ignitis renewables“ (toliau – „Ignitis renewables“) ir AB „Ignitis gamyba“ (toliau – „Ignitis gamyba“) priėmė galutinius investicinius sprendimus dėl trijų elektros energijos kaupiklių sistemų (toliau – EEKS) projektų Lietuvoje, kurių bendra galia siekia 291 MW, o talpa – 582 MWh. Vokietijos bendrovė Rolls-Royce Solutions GmbH yra pasirinkta dėl įrangos tiekimo ir jos integravimo visiems trims projektams.

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad Kelmės vėjo parkas II, kurį valdo jos dukterinė įmonė UAB „Ignitis renewables“ (toliau – „Ignitis renewables“), pasiekė komercinės veiklos pradžią (angl. commercial operation date, COD). 

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2025 m. birželio 2 d. pasirašė finansavimo sutartį su Europos Rekonstrukcijų ir Plėtros Banku dėl 60 mln. Eur paskolos (toliau – Paskola), skirtos dukterinės įmonės UAB „Ignitis“ įgyvendinamai viešojo greito elektromobilių įkrovimo tinklo plėtrai Baltijos šalyse, gavimo.
