Frøya, 5 June 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Kaldvík AS (the "Company") published on 4 June 2025 regarding a contemplated private placement to raise gross proceeds of the NOK equivalent of approximately EUR 46.2 million (the "Private Placement") by the issuance of new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"). The Company hereby announces that it has raised approximately NOK 532 million, equivalent to approximately EUR 46.2 million, in gross proceeds through a private placement of 38,011,050 new shares (the "New Shares") at a price per share of NOK 14 (the "Offer Price"). NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP) (the “Company”) announced today that its subsidiaries, RHP Hotel Properties, LP (the “Operating Partnership”) and RHP Finance Corporation (together with the Operating Partnership, the “Issuers”), completed the previously announced private placement of $625 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2033 (the “Notes”).
