The options were approved on June 25, 2026 and were material to each employee's acceptance of employment with Crescent, in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).

Each Option is exercisable to purchase one common share in capital of the Company (a “Common Share”) at an exercise price of $0.08, for a 5-year term. 2,530,000 Options are to vest as to 25% every six months for two years and 100,000 Options will vest 100% at issuance.

(Oslo, 15. juni 2026) – Statkraft har besluttet å bygge Blåfjell Pumpe, som vil gi mer vann direkte inn i Norges største kraftmagasin, Blåsjø. Produksjonen i Ulla-Førre-anleggene øker med 54 GWh. Fire lokale og regionale leverandører er tildelt kontrakter på totalt 250 millioner kroner.

De fire bygg-kontraktene er tildelt entreprenører fra Karmøy, Suldal, Voss og Grenland. Arbeidet på pumpeanlegget starter allerede denne uka.
