Locomotives Arrive in Cameroon

CALGARY, Alberta, June 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Petrus Resources Ltd. ("Petrus") (TSX: PRQ) is pleased to announce that the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") has accepted Petrus' notice of intention to renew its normal course issuer bid (the "NCIB"). The NCIB allows Petrus to purchase up to 7,424,183 common shares (representing 5% of Petrus' outstanding common shares as of June 19, 2026) over a period of twelve months commencing on June 30, 2026. On June 19, 2026, Petrus had 148,483,679 common shares outstanding. The NCIB will expire no later than June 29, 2027.

Orrön Energy AB (”Orrön Energy” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelar att Bolaget har ingått ett avtal med Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (”Cloudberry”) om att kombinera Bolagets nordiska plattform och organisation inom förnybar energi, exklusive vindkraftsparken Karskruv, med Cloudberry (”Transaktionen”), och därigenom skapa en ledande nordisk oberoende elproducent (”IPP”). Som ersättning för Transaktionen kommer Orrön Energy att erhålla 27,01 procent av aktierna i ett större Cloudberry, och därmed bli dess största aktieägare. Dessutom kommer utestående lån inklusive upplupen ränta som per utgången av 2025 uppgick till cirka 93 MEUR sammanlagt att regleras eller övertas av Cloudberry, och Orrön Energy kommer att erhålla 4,2 MEUR i kontant köpeskilling. Orrön Energy kommer att ta en aktiv roll i Cloudberrys framtida tillväxt genom styrelserepresentation och bidra med erfarenhet av värdeskapande från Lundin-gruppen till den sammanslagna verksamheten. Orrön Energy kommer fortsatt att äga vindkraftsparken Karskruv och den storskaliga projektverksamheten i Europa inom datacenter, solenergi och batterier.

Orrön Energy AB (“Orrön Energy” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (“Cloudberry”) to combine the Company’s Nordic renewable energy platform and organisation, excluding the Karskruv windfarm, with Cloudberry (the “Transaction”), creating a leading Nordic independent power producer (“IPP”). As consideration for the Transaction, Orrön Energy will receive 27.01 percent of the shares in the enlarged Cloudberry, becoming its largest shareholder. In addition, loan balances and accrued interest of approximately MEUR 93 as of year-end 2025 will be settled or assumed by Cloudberry, and Orrön Energy will receive MEUR 4.2 in cash. Orrön Energy will take an active role in Cloudberry’s future growth through Board representation, bringing Orrön Energy’s and the Lundin Group’s experience of value creation into the combined entity. Orrön Energy will continue to own the Karskruv windfarm and its large-scale European development business, consisting of data centres, solar and battery projects.
