Milan, 29^th July 2025 – The Board of Directors of Recordati S.p.A. approved the interim financial statements as of June 30, 2025, pursuant to Art. 154-ter of Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 and subsequent amendments, prepared in accordance with said Decree and the CONSOB Issuers Regulation.
