BROOKLYN, N.Y., June 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pioneer Acquisition I Corp (Nasdaq: PACHU) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 22,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “PACHU” beginning June 18, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “PACH” and “PACHW”, respectively. The underwriter has been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,300,000 units offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any. (the “Operating Partnership”), priced an offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.200% Senior Notes due 2032 (the “Notes”) in an underwritten public offering. The Notes will be issued at 99.513% of par value with a yield to maturity of 5.281%. Interest on the Notes is payable semi-annually on February 15 and August 15 of each year, beginning on February 15, 2026. The offering is expected to close on June 27, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
