Creates a scaled BDC positioned for growth while maintaining industry leading credit quality and portfolio yield

REYKJAVIK, ICELAND (June 18, 2026) — Alvotech (NASDAQ: ALVO; ALVO-SDB) (“Alvotech” or the “Company”), a global biotechnology company specializing in the development and manufacture of biosimilar medicines for patients worldwide, today announced the closing on June 17, 2026 of its previously announced underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of 26,066,667 of its ordinary shares at an offering price of $3.75 per share, which includes 3,400,000 ordinary shares issued pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional ordinary shares in the Offering. All ordinary shares sold in the Offering were offered by Alvotech. Before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, the aggregate gross proceeds to the Company were approximately $98 million.

Realkredit Danmark will open 6 new mortgage-coverd bonds (SDRO’s).

The new mortgage-covered bonds will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

The new mortgage-covered bonds are covered by the "Base prospectus for mortgage-covered bonds and mortgage bonds issued by Realkredit Danmark A/S."

(Oslo/Lista, Norway 18 June 2026) Statkraft and Alcoa have signed two new power agreements securing electricity supply to support continued operation of Alcoa’s aluminium plant at Lista, Norway. The agreements provide a solid and predictable energy foundation for the smelter and help maintain both production and further development at the site.

Production Line 2 at Lista recently completed a successful restart of 31,000 metric tonnes per annum to reach its nameplate capacity of 95,000 metric tonnes for the plant. This marked an important milestone for Alcoa in Norway, with restored capacity and a strengthened industrial presence. Building on this, access to reliable and competitively priced power is essential for continued operations.

BRIDGEWATER, N.J., June 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Legend Biotech Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGN) (“Legend Biotech” or the “Company”), a global leader in cell therapy, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,700,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing two ordinary shares of the Company, at a public offering price of $29.35 per ADS. In addition, Legend Biotech has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,155,000 ADSs at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the ADSs are being offered by Legend Biotech. The gross proceeds to Legend Biotech from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Legend Biotech, are expected to be approximately $226 million, excluding any proceeds from the exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional ADSs. The offering is expected to close on June 23, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
