(TSXV: HAPB) (OTCQB: HAPBF) (FSE: HA1) (“Hapbee” or the “Company”), the digital wellness technology company, is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 15,070,000 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,507,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will consist of one subordinate voting common share of the Company (a “Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”).
