The supervisory board of Liven AS (Liven) decided to extend the term of office of Alina Kester, a member of Liven’s management board, until June 3, 2029. Liven’s management board consists of three members: Andero Laur (Chairman), Mihkel Simson, and Alina Kester.
Liven AS-i (Liven) nõukogu otsustas pikendada Liveni juhatuse liikme Alina Kester juhatuse liikme volitusi kuni 3. juunini 2029. Liveni juhatusse kuulub kolm liiget: Andero Laur (esimees), Mihkel Simson ja Alina Kester.
Liven AS (Liven) disposed of a total of 1,900 Liven shares to its employees on 2 June 2026 under the 2024–2027 share option programme (Programme) at a price of EUR 3.71 per share. The ongoing Programme was approved by Liven’s annual general meeting on 19 April 2024, and the transaction price was agreed based on the latest available market price, the closing price on 1 June 2026.
On Thursday, 31 July, at 13:00 (EEST), Liven AS CEO Andero Laur and CFO Joonas Joost will host a Webinar, in Estonian, to present Liven's financial results for Q2 and 6 months of 2025.

Liven Kodu 12 OÜ, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liven AS, which is developing the Luuslang project, signed a general contractor agreement for the construction of the first residential buildings in phase II with Mitt & Perlebach OÜ, which was also the general contractor for phase I of the project. The construction of the four-storey residential buildings at Jalami 6/1 and Jalami 6/2, in the Astangu neighbourhood of Haabersti, will start on 1 August 2025.
Luuslangi projekti arendav Liven AS-i tütarettevõte Liven Kodu 12 OÜ sõlmis II etapi esimeste eluhoonete ehituse peatöövõtulepingu Mitt & Perlebach OÜ-ga, kes oli ka projekti I etapi peatöövõtja. Neljakorruseliste eluhoonete ehitustöödega aadressidel Jalami tn 6/1 ja Jalami tn 6/2, Haabersti linnaosas Astangu asumis, alustatakse 1. augustil 2025.
