Cancellation of financial calendar

In connection with the planned delisting of the shares, Enefit Green hereby announces the cancellation of its financial calendar. Until the completion of the delisting procedure, stock exchange announcements are published in accordance with the requirements and deadlines established by Nasdaq Tallinn.

Finantskalendri tühistamine

Seoses planeeritava aktsiate noteerimise lõpetamisega teatab Enefit Green käesolevaga oma finantskalendri tühistamisest. Kuni noteerimise lõpetamise menetluse lõpuni avaldatakse börsiteateid vastavalt Nasdaq Tallinna poolt kehtestatud nõuetele ja tähtaegadele.

Application for delisting

In connection with the planned completion of the takeover of the shares belonging to minority shareholders in accordance with the resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders held on 26 June 2025 (link to the minutes of the general meeting, in Estonian), the Management Board of Enefit Green submitted today, on 2 July 2025, an application for the delisting of the shares of Enefit Green to the Listing and Supervision Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn.

Taotlus noteerimise lõpetamiseks

Seoses vähemusaktsionäridele kuuluvate aktsiate ülevõtmise kavandatava lõpuleviimisega kooskõlas 26. juunil 2025 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsustega (link üldkoosoleku protokollile), esitas AS Enefit Green juhatus täna, 2. juulil 2025, avalduse AS Enefit Greeni aktsiate noteerimise lõpetamiseks Nasdaq Tallinna noteerimis- ja järelevalvekomisjonile.

Resolutions of the annual general meeting of Enefit Green AS

The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Enefit Green AS (hereinafter the Company) (registry code 11184032, located at Lelle 22, 11318 Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia) was held on 26 June 2025 at 16.00 (EEST) at Lelle 22, Tallinn).

Enefit Green AS-i korralise üldkoosoleku otsused

Enefit Green AS (edaspidi Selts) (registrikood 11184032, asukoht Lelle tn 22, 11318 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Eesti) aktsionäride korraline üldkoosolek toimus 26. juunil 2025. a. algusega kell 16:00 (Eesti aja järgi) aadressil Lelle 22, Tallinn).

Enefit Green production data – May 2025

In May, Enefit Green produced 153.2 GWh of electricity, which is almost by a third more than last year. The increase in production was due to the new wind and solar farms added to the production portfolio during the past year, mainly the Sopi-Tootsi and Kelme I wind farms and the Sopi solar farm.

Donatas Celešius appointed as Member of the Management Board and Head of Development at Enefit Green

The Supervisory Board of Enefit Green has appointed Donatas Celešius as Member of the Management Board and Head of Development at Enefit Green. His three-year term will commence on 7 June 2025.
Celešius has been with Enefit Green since 2018, holding several senior positions, including General Manager and Head of Development for the Lithuanian unit. Prior to joining Enefit Green, he worked on wind energy development at Nelja Energia and led major landfill biogas projects at Proto Paslaugos in Lithuania. 
Celešius holds a master’s degree in information and communication management from Vilnius University and a bachelor’s degree in international business management. 

Enefit Greeni juhatuse liikmeks ja arendusjuhiks saab Donatas Celešius

Enefit Greeni nõukogu valis ettevõtte uueks arendustegevuse eest vastutavaks juhatuse liikmeks Donatas Celešiuse, kelle kolmeaastane ametiaeg algab 7. juunil 2025. 
Donatas Celešius on Enefit Greenis töötanud alates 2018. aastast ning olnud mitmetel juhtivatel ametikohtadel, sealhulgas Leedu üksuse peadirektor ja arendusjuht. Enne seda arendas Celešius Nelja Energias tuuleenergia projekte ning juhtis Proto Paslaugoses Leedu suurimate prügilate biogaasiprojekte.
Celešiusel on Vilniuse ülikooli magistrikraad info- ja kommunikatsioonijuhtimises ning bakalaureusekraad rahvusvahelises ärijuhtimises.
