(“ArriVent”) (Nasdaq: AVBP), a clinical-stage company dedicated to accelerating the global development of innovative biopharmaceutical therapeutics, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,482,692 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.50 per share and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 1,363,469 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.4999, which represents the per share public offering price for the shares of common stock less $0.0001 per share exercise price for each pre-funded warrant.
