(Nasdaq - SGA) (the “Company” or “Saga”) today reported that net revenue decreased 5.0% to $28.2 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 compared to $29.7 million for the same period last year. Station operating expense decreased 4.6% for the quarter to $22.2 million compared to the same period last year. For the quarter, operating income was $1.4 million compared to $2.1 million for the same quarter last year and station operating income (a non-GAAP financial measure) decreased 6.4% to $6.0 million. Capital expenditures were $1.3 million for the quarter compared to $1.5 million for the same period last year. We had net income of $1.1 million for the quarter compared to net income of $2.5 million for the second quarter last year. Diluted earnings per share were $0.18 in the second quarter of 2025.

5 August 2025 – Alstom, a global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, has been awarded a contract by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore to deliver a high-capacity driverless signalling system for the stations of the East West Line which will connect to the Thomson-East Coast Line extension (TELe). The contract, worth a couple of hundred million euros covers the conversion of Tanah Merah, Expo, and Changi Airport stations to TEL, and the equipment of the line extension to the future Changi Airport Terminal 5 station. This extension will directly connect the TEL to Changi Airport, improving passenger experience and journey efficiency, while advancing Singapore’s Land Transport Master Plan 2040 (LTMP 2040) objective of seamless, end-to-end connectivity.
