Basel, Switzerland – June 18, 2025 - TOLREMO therapeutics AG (TOLREMO), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing TT125-802, a best-in-class CBP/p300 bromodomain inhibitor for the treatment of solid tumors and multiple myeloma, today announced key leadership appointments. Alessandra Cesano, MD, PhD, who has served as Consulting Chief Medical Officer since April 2023, will join the company’s Board of Directors. Florian D. Vogl, MD, PhD, has been appointed as Chief Medical Officer (CMO), succeeding Alessandra Cesano on the executive team.

EfTEN United Property Fund earned a net profit of 170 thousand euros in May and 1,32 million euros in the first five months of 2025 (compared to 357 thousand euros in the same time last year). In May, the fund made a cash distribution to investors in the amount of 1.47 million euros, or 57-euro cents per unit. As a result, the fund's net asset value (NAV) decreased by 4,4% and was 11,02 euros per unit at the end of May. Without the distribution the NAV of EfTEN United Property Fund would have increased by 0,6% in May.

The oversubscribed Series A financing was led by Access Biotechnology, with participation from Canaan Partners, SR One, Sanofi Ventures, Schroders Capital along with seed investors SV Health Investors, which co-founded the company, and ICG.
