As previously disclosed, on December 22, 2025, the Company received a notification from Nasdaq indicating that the closing bid price of the Company’s ADSs had been below US$1.00 per share for the prior 30 consecutive business days and that the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
