(« Theratechnologies » ou la « Société ») (TSX : TH) (NASDAQ : THTX), une société biopharmaceutique au stade de la commercialisation, a annoncé aujourd’hui qu’elle a conclu une convention d’arrangement contraignante avec CB Biotechnology, LLC (l’« Acquéreur »), un membre du même groupe que Future Pak, LLC (« Future Pak »), une société fermée de fabrication, de conditionnement et de distribution à façon de produits pharmaceutiques et nutraceutiques.
