(“BioSig” or the “Company”), which recently merged with Streamex Exchange Corporation (“Streamex”) (NASDAQ: BSGM), today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,852,149 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $3.90 per share. The offering is expected to close on or around August 15, 2025 subject to customary closing conditions. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriter discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses are expected to be approximately $15,023,381.10.
