NEW YORK, Aug. 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xcel Brands (NASDAQ: XELB), a leading media and consumer products company known for building socially driven, live-commerce-focused brands, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 2,181,818 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $1.10 per share. Selangor, Malaysia, Aug. 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Empro Group Inc. (the “Company” or “EMPG”), a rising beauty and personal care brand headquartered in Malaysia, today announced that it closed the sales of an additional 91,250 ordinary shares of the Company, representing the exercise of the remaining portion of the underwriter’s over-allotment option granted in connection with the Company’s initial public offering (the “IPO”, and together with such over-allotment closing, the “Offering”), at the IPO price of $4.00 per share, less underwriting discounts.
