BROOKLYN, N.Y., June 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pioneer Acquisition I Corp (Nasdaq: PACHU) (the “Company”) today announced that it closed its initial public offering of 25,300,000 units at $10.00 per unit, including the issuance of 3,300,000 units as result of the underwriters’ exercise of its over-allotment option in full. The gross proceeds from the offering were $253 million before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) under the ticker symbol “PACHU” on June 18, 2025.

BROOKLYN, N.Y., June 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pioneer Acquisition I Corp (Nasdaq: PACHU) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 22,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “PACHU” beginning June 18, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “PACH” and “PACHW”, respectively.
