(the “Operating Partnership”), priced an offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.200% Senior Notes due 2032 (the “Notes”) in an underwritten public offering. The Notes will be issued at 99.513% of par value with a yield to maturity of 5.281%. Interest on the Notes is payable semi-annually on February 15 and August 15 of each year, beginning on February 15, 2026.
