(Cboe Canada: MLC) (“Mount Logan,” “our,” “we,” or the “Company”) announced that at the annual meeting of shareholders held on June 18, 2025 (the “Meeting”), each of the six nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 13, 2025 (the “Circular”) were elected as directors of the Company. A total of 31,979,130 votes or 55.78% of Mount Logan’s issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the Meeting.
