Mr. Eliyahu Zamir will replace Mr. Viki Hakmon, who will step down from his position as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective as of July 31, 2025. On July 21, 2025, Mr. Hakmon also resigned from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Hakmon’s resignation did not result from any disagreements with the Company or the Board of Directors and he will continue to support the Company as a consultant of the Company’s subsidiary, Fort Products Limited.
