Rogers delivers strong results and completion of transformational investments in the second quarter

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, July 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Next Hydrogen Solutions Inc. (the “Company” or “Next Hydrogen”) (TSXV:NXH, OTC:NXHSF), is pleased to announce that it is entering into a loan agreement with certain existing directors and officers of the Company (the “Lenders”) providing for the advance of an unsecured loan (the “Loan”) bearing interest at 5.0% per annum in the principal amount of $530,000. The Loan shall mature on the date that is one year from the advance of the Loan (the “Maturity Date”).   In conjunction with the advance of the Loan, the Company will also pay a set-up fee of $20,000 to the Lenders.

PHOENIX, July 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mesa Air Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESA) (“Mesa” or the “Company”) announced that it filed a registration statement on Form S-4 and S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on July 10, 2025 in connection with the Company's proposed merger (the “Merger”) with Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (“Republic”). The registration statement includes a proxy statement and preliminary prospectus. Once declared effective by the SEC, the final proxy statement/prospectus included in the Form S-4/Form S-1 will be mailed to the Mesa stockholders prior to their vote on the proposed Merger.
