STAMFORD, CT, July 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HCM III Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 22,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. (NASDAQ: SLXN) (“Silexion Therapeutics” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotech company developing RNA interference (RNAi) therapies for KRAS-driven cancers, today announced the entry into definitive agreements for the immediate exercise of certain outstanding warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 152,106 of the Company’s ordinary shares originally issued in January 2025 at a reduced exercise price of $11.57 per share.
