(“BioSig” or the “Company”), which recently merged with Streamex Exchange Corporation (“Streamex”) (NASDAQ: BSGM), today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,852,149 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $3.90 per share.
