FUKUOKA, Japan, Aug. 13, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- rYojbaba Co., Ltd. (“rYojbaba” or the “Company”), a Japanese labor consulting and health services company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,250,000 Japanese common shares at US$4.00 per share. The Japanese common shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 14, 2025, under the ticker symbol "RYOJ". Gross proceeds of the offering before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses are expected to be US$5 million. The offering is expected to close on August 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

(“Compass”) (Nasdaq: CMPX), a clinical-stage, oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company developing proprietary antibody-based therapeutics to treat multiple human diseases, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 33,290,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.00 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 6,710,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $2.9999 per pre-funded warrant to purchase one share of the common stock, which represents the per share public offering price for the common stock less the $0.0001 per share exercise price for each such pre-funded warrant.
