Our predictable and repeatable development plan continues to produce improved capital efficiencies, allowing us to reduce our capital expenditures guidance both this year and next and deliver average annual per share production growth of at least 15%. (NYSE:UMH) (TASE:UMH) reported Total Income for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 of $66.6 million as compared to $60.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, representing an increase of 10%. Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders amounted to $2.5 million or $0.03 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders of $527,000 or $0.01 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
