GUELPH, Ontario, July 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Current Water Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: WATR) (“CWTI” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Dr. You-Zhi Tang has joined CWTI as director effective immediately. Dr. Tang will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board.

The 2025 interim financial report, including the interim management report and the condensed consolidated interim financial statements at 30 June 2025, is available on the company’s website www.clariane.com. The condensed interim consolidated financial statements were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on 29 July 2025 and were subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors. The condensed interim consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with IAS 34. For comparison purposes, the following financial information is presented excluding the application of IFRS 16

Milan, 29^th July 2025 – The Board of Directors of Recordati S.p.A. approved the interim financial statements as of June 30, 2025, pursuant to Art. 154-ter of Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 and subsequent amendments, prepared in accordance with said Decree and the CONSOB Issuers Regulation. The statements were prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard (IAS) 34 requirements for interim reporting, based on the assessment, measurement and recognition criteria set by the IFRSs.
