(“Shattuck” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: STTK), a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the development of potentially first-in-class monoclonal and bispecific DR3 blocking antibodies for the treatment of patients with inflammatory and immune-mediated diseases, today announced the pricing of its previously announced a public offering of 10,879,376 shares of its common stock at a public offering price per share of $4.00 and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 7,870,624 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.9999 per pre-funded warrant. The pre-funded warrants have an exercise price of $0.0001 per share and are exercisable immediately.
