SINGAPURA, July 10, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Origin Investment Corp I (“Perusahaan”), sebuah perusahaan akuisisi bertujuan khusus yang baru dibentuk, hari ini mengumumkan penutupan penawaran umum perdana (“IPO”) atas 6.000.000 unit dengan harga penawaran sebesar $10,00 per unit, di mana setiap unit terdiri atas satu saham biasa dan setengah waran yang dapat ditebus. Setelah sekuritas yang terdiri dari unit-unit tersebut mulai diperdagangkan secara terpisah, saham biasa dan waran akan diperdagangkan di Nasdaq dengan simbol “ORIQ” dan “ORIQW”. Tidak ada waran pecahan yang akan diterbitkan pada saat pemisahan unit dan hanya waran utuh yang akan diperdagangkan. Selain itu, Perusahaan telah memberikan opsi 45 hari kepada pihak penjamin emisi untuk membeli hingga 900.000 unit tambahan pada harga IPO untuk menutupi kelebihan penjatahan saham, jika ada.
