TGS Awards Performance Share Units and Restricted Share Units

(“LanzaTech” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LNZA), a leading carbon capture and transformation company, today announced that it will implement a 1-for-100 reverse stock split (the “Reverse Stock Split”) of its issued and outstanding common stock (the “Common Stock”), effective August 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
