The Supervisory Board of Eesti Energia AS, upon the proposal of Chairman of the Management Board, Andrus Durejko, has appointed Mr Gerrit Mäesalu as Chairman of the Management Board of Enefit OÜ and Member of the Management Board of Eesti Energia AS.
