AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – the Group) has announced a Group CEO selection, as the second term of the current CEO, Darius Maikštėnas, ends on February 28, 2027. According to the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, the same person may be appointed as the CEO of a state-owned company for no more than two consecutive terms.

„Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) skelbia Grupės vadovo atranką, nes 2027 m. vasario 28 d. baigiasi dabartinio Grupės vadovo Dariaus Maikštėno antroji kadencija. Pagal Lietuvos Respublikos akcinių bendrovių įstatymą, valstybės valdomoje bendrovėje tas pats asmuo tos pačios bendrovės vadovu gali būti renkamas ne daugiau kaip dvi kadencijas iš eilės.

AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – the Group) informs that Stelpe solar farm I, controlled by its subsidiary UAB “Ignitis renewables” (hereinafter – Ignitis Renewables), has reached the commercial operation date (hereinafter – COD).

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad Stelpės saulės parkas I, kurį valdo jos dukterinė įmonė UAB „Ignitis renewables“ (toliau – „Ignitis renewables“), pasiekė komercinės veiklos pradžią (angl. commercial operation date, COD).

AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – the Group) informs that on the 1^st of August 2025 the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Ministry of Finance), which exercises the rights of the majority shareholder, announced the selection of three members from among civil servants to the Group’s Supervisory Board, in the areas of public policy and governance, regulatory, accounting and audit competences. Candidates may apply until the 21^st of August 2025 (inclusive).
