(“Gran Tierra” or the “Company”) (NYSE American:GTE) (TSX:GTE) (LSE: GTE) announced the Company’s financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (the “Quarter”) and provided an operational update. All dollar amounts are in United States (“U.S.”) dollars and all production volumes are on an average working interest before royalties (“WI”) basis unless otherwise indicated. Production is expressed in barrels (“bbl”) of oil equivalent (“boe”) per day (“boepd” or “boe/d”) and are based on WI sales before royalties. SUGAR LAND, Texas, July 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CVI, “CVR Energy” or the “Company”) today announced second quarter 2025 net loss attributable to CVR Energy stockholders of $114 million, or $1.14 per diluted share, compared to second quarter 2024 net income attributable to CVR Energy stockholders of $21 million, or 21 cents per diluted share. Adjusted loss for the second quarter of 2025 was 23 cents per diluted share, compared to adjusted earnings per diluted share of 9 cents in the second quarter of 2024. Net loss for the second quarter of 2025 was $90 million, compared to net income of $38 million in the second quarter of 2024. Second quarter 2025 EBITDA loss was $24 million, compared to second quarter 2024 EBITDA of $103 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2025 was $99 million, compared to adjusted EBITDA of $87 million in the second quarter of 2024.
